Alstate Appliance Repair can out and fixed our ISE garbage disposal after another company said it wasn't worth fixing. Alstate only charged us 59.95 and it was working as good as the day it came out of the box, thanks again Alstate Appliance Repair and thank you Rick and Chris.

I have had the pleasure of having Rick repair 2 of my appliances. The electric range repair he completed today (replacing the digital control panel)was done quickly and efficiently. In the past he was able to detect and repair a mysterious leak in my dishwasher with little trouble. His prices are very fair, his service prompt and courteous. I well definitely recommend his services to my friends!

We have had other Appliance Repair Companies here in Cincinnati, but we felt they were not being honest with us. Alstate Appliance Repair came out to our home,explained the problem and the cost, and educated us as well on the problem and what caused it. They were very honest with us,took care of the problem, cost was very low, and very professional. Thanks Alstate Appliance Repair Company. You have earned a life long customer.

Thank you Alstate Appliance Repair for such Great Service. You earned a new customer, and thank Steve and Jim for doing such a Top Job. No other Company Rates even close to yours. Your standards are from the old days when Service Companies cared about the Customers. Keep up the good work.

We have used all the Appliance Repair Companies here in Cincinnati,but we never received the golden treatment like Alstate Appliance Repair gave us.They are the best Service Company we have ever used.I have posted their name at the Camargo Country Club. Only the A+ Service Companies get posted there. This Company is Located in West Chester Ohio. From now on they are the preferred Service Company here in Indian Hills.Thanks Again Alstate Appliance Repair Company.

Alstate Appliance Repair was very prompt and helpful in taking care of my needs. I had a broken dryer and Rick at Alstate diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. The service, price, and timeliness at which Alstate Appliance Repair works is rare in the service market these days. We only had a couple of Appliance Repair places to choose from and they were very high priced. So we contacted Rick with Alstate Appliance Repair and he repaired our refrigerator for 1/2 of what the other company quoted us. Very professional job. The Refrigerator was worked on in May and works Great.We have told our friends here in Indian Hills and they were impressed on what we told them. Thanks again Rick from Alstate Appliance Repair Company.

I am always looking for reviews on Business's and Alstate Appliance Repair Pulled up as Perfect Ratings, So we gave the a call to fix our Ice Machine in our Office and they lived up to their Standards. After reading the reviews on the Cincinnati Bell yellow pages site we had to give Alstate Appliance Repair a try. We have had service companies out to our home, but this Company was Outstanding. Very polite, On time, Cared about our home.Resonable rate,way below their competition. My wife checked. We will tell all of our friends here in West Chester Ohio.Thank's Alstate Appliance Repair and thanks to Rick.

Alstate Appliance Repair came out to our home and fixed our Range and Microwave and did a perfect job. Showed us what was wrong and repaired it at a low price. They wore shoe protectors and put blankets everywhere to protect our home. Again we will always use them.Thanks Alstate Appl Repair Company, You guy were great.

We had Alstate Appliance Repair Company at our Office to fix our dishwasher in our breakroom and the were great. Very nice and professional, so while they were there, I asked them if they could come over to my home to fix my icemaker in my refrigerator and they said sure can. They showed up that evening and they were great. They not only fixed my icemaker, they also cleaned my condenser coils and wiped down my seals. Just Professional. And wearing the footies on my brand new floor was the icing

I just wanted to compliment this company. We had 2 other companies from Cincinnati out at out home to fix our wall oven and they both had different diagnoses, but pretty much, both companies buried our oven.We were stuck between a rock and a hard spot, no other wall oven would fit. So we waited a couple of weeks and called Rick at Alstate Appliance Repair and he came out, diagnosed it differently and cheaper and he fixed it perfect. From now on we will use Alstate Appliance Repair.Thanks Alstate

We had had other appliance's repaired and mostly had bad experience's but Rick with Alstate Appliance Repair came into our home to the refrigerator and with in minutes he knew the problem and explained it to us and repaired it at a great price.Very Professional Company..We will refer them to our friends here in Mason Ohio...Speechless...WoW..Thanks Rick.

We just had out Alstate Appliance Repair people and they were very professional.They quoted the price up front which was resonable and did the repair on the first trip out.I would rate this company A+.
